From Saudi Arabia raised in USA I always felt the need to connect back to my culture and people. Therefore I moved back to the Middle East where I graduated from The American University in Dubai (AUD) in the field of Visual Communication, where design/art was no longer just a degree but hopefully a lifetime successful career.
I thrive on the use of imagination. Everything around me appears as something else, letting my thoughts have no limit, as my motto would say ‘non-sense always makes sense’. Being so interested in Calligraphy made me realize that all my work is related to typography. With that everything I look at my imagination leads me to seeing a letter that comes alive.
My discipline of art is having everything around me inspiring from small to big, simple to dramatic, or just plain boring to someone else.

Alif (AKA MEGA) is created after a series of mushrooms from the toy company Fungi that is taking a new adventure by spreading positive energy from one person to the other. Involving people in the Journey to improve the world we live in with the help of each individual lending a hand in making their community a better place. Fungi mushrooms contain a small hidden message that will start a new and exciting journey to spread love and life in the Middle East.
Alif is a unique mushroom that encourages knowledge. Holding a piece of paper with its right hand to spread a new adventure in reading, listening, writing, and learning.
