Mad Ink

"Fini à l'échec, mais infinis de venture". Mad ink born and raised in Philippines currently residing in the city of gold is an illustrator an artist and the founder of P.o.E.T clothing. At a young age he developed his love for art through skateboarding, from its graphic and design, ads and culture. His early works were made of scratches of markers, pens and pencils were he coined the name "Mad Ink". Inspired by different artist like Sam Flores, Jeremy Fish, Travis Mullard and Mike Giant to name a few he started to paint in wood panels, skateboards and clothes. His work consists of quirky hollowed eye's images in dark and vibrant colours which could be identified as cartoonish or caricatures. Using acrylic paints, markers, pens, spray paints and whatever tools he could use to create an artwork. In 2008 he began collaborating with the illest artist Dubai has to offer like The Brown Monkeys, PSP and the infamous Blacksheep Production doing live art shows and projects.
